First Step Men's Therapy - Ottawa In-Person Sessions in the heart of Ottawa (Centretown)
We are located at the corner of Bank and Cooper - on the Cooper side. You will see a sign outside the front door titled "HQ".
Once you enter, you will see a system to enter a code to get access through a buzzer. The code is 400
Once inside, head to the 4th floor and have a seat in the waiting room on the right hand side. Your therapist will meet you in the waiting area.
