Many men seek therapy when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, frustrated, or unsure how to move forward. Reaching out for support can feel uncomfortable, especially when you’ve been carrying things on your own. My goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore what’s been weighing on you.

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative. Together, we’ll develop a deeper understanding of your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I’ll meet you where you are, helping you build insight, develop practical coping skills, and move toward goals that matter to you.

My clinical training in hospital and primary care settings emphasized comprehensive assessment, collaborative treatment planning, and evidence-based care. While my work is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I tailor treatment to your individual needs by integrating strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and practical problem-solving approaches.

I don’t believe therapy is about becoming “fixed” or eliminating difficult emotions. Instead, it’s about understanding yourself more fully, reducing the impact of distress, strengthening your resilience, and building a more compassionate relationship with yourself. Together, we’ll focus on helping you reconnect with your values and create a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling.

Men’s Issues

Life can be challenging, and it’s easy to feel like you have to navigate difficult emotions on your own. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, low self-worth, or simply feeling stuck or disconnected, therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand yourself and move toward the life you want.

I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling truly heard and understood.

Drawing on emotionally focused therapy, I help clients deepen their emotional awareness, explore patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and strengthen their connection to themselves and others. Together, we’ll examine your experiences, values, and core beliefs while building greater self-acceptance and resilience.

I believe that each person already possesses the capacity for growth and healing. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and support as you discover new perspectives and create meaningful, lasting change.

If you’re ready to begin your journey toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being, I’d be honoured to support you.
