Men’s Issues

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, you’re in the right place. You may feel like you’ve tried everything, or that it’s difficult to know how to move forward. Sometimes these feelings are connected to a relationship, career, or part of yourself that you’ve outgrown but aren’t sure how to leave behind.

For many men, struggling doesn’t always look like sadness or asking for help. It can look like working longer hours, becoming quiet at home, feeling irritable, or trying to manage everything alone. Beneath these patterns, there is often someone feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next.

Therapy provides a safe and supportive space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and talk openly without fear of judgment. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change. In our sessions, you will feel seen, heard, and understood, while having the space to explore difficult emotions and experiences at your own pace.

My approach is grounded in connection, compassion, and helping clients better understand themselves and what matters most to them. I have experience working with children, youth, and adults navigating challenges related to Borderline Personality Disorder, addictions and behaviour change, trauma, and grief.

Together, we’ll work through difficult emotions, explore patterns that may no longer be serving you, and create a path forward that feels meaningful and authentic to you.
